There was a time when the most innovative and exquisite chocolates were being made in Europe. Lucky for me, my first chocolate instructor knew how to make them, too.

A few lessons and one trip to Paris later, I knew I needed to learn more.

Soon, I was in Pennsauken, NJ after I found a true French Master Chocolatier and was gaining an appreciation for the “artisan craft” that would eventually become our family’s joy.

Fast-forward to now, and Happy By Chocolate is here bringing artisan-quality standards to some of the most beloved classic treats.

While I’m busy in the kitchen, my daughter Marcy works her magic on the business side, helping me to bring Happy by Chocolate to masses. Grammies helps out in whatever way is needed, rounding out our crew with plenty of love and inspiration.
